Visit Rome (license no. 219396 – registered office at Viale Vaticano 95 – VAT no. 16288831007) specializes in the production, organization and promotion of tourism services.
It operates within a business network with Ticketstation Srl (registered trademark TOURISTATION), with registered office in Piazza d’Ara Coeli 16, authorized by the Lazio Region (GR403758 of 01/08/2016).
The companies are connected through a registered network contract (registry 5848, file 4195, dated 22/12/2022).

The corporate structure was previously owned by Holding Andalo S.r.l. and Itinerando S.r.l., and operated in network with Visit Rome S.r.l., another company belonging to the same group (license no. 219396). Touristation and Visit Rome are therefore connected through a registered network contract (registration no. 5848, file 4195, record no. 42158 of 22/12/2022, Rome).

In August 2025, Big Bus Tours, the world’s largest operator of open-top sightseeing tours, acquired Touristation, marking a strategic milestone in its expansion toward a multi-experience offering in major tourist destinations.
The acquisition allows customers of both companies to benefit from an integrated service network that combines high-traffic points of sale with a comprehensive platform dedicated to tours and attractions, simplifying travel planning and booking and enhancing the visitor experience in Rome.
This operation represents a significant step in the evolution of Big Bus Tours into a multi-experience operator, offering travelers new ways to discover the world’s most iconic cities.
